While we’d love you to stay a part of the SpeechBox family, we understand that SpeechBox may not be for everyone and you’ll need to cancel your active subscription or trial. Before you do so, please reach out to us by sending us an email with your feedback on how we can improve. We often add new features based off of user suggestions, so don’t hesitate to reach out with feedback. So, without further delay, here’s how you can cancel: If you are using a recent version of iOS (iOS 12+) on your iPad or iPhone, you can manage the subscription on there.
Please follow these steps:
- Open Settings app
- Tap iTunes & App Store
- Tap Apple ID
- Tap View Apple ID
- Scroll down, Tap Subscriptions
- Look for SpeechBox, tap and then “Cancel Subscription”. (Note: If you don’t see a SpeechBox subscription listed, then you are NOT subscribed.)
